Douglas J. Manoni
Chief Executive Officer
Douglas J. Manoni is the Chief Executive Officer of SourceMedia. Prior to joining SourceMedia, Doug launched and developed Wicks Business Information (WBI) in partnership with a private-equity firm, The Wicks Group of Companies. As founder and CEO of WBI, he was architect of the strategy and involved in all aspects of the company's operations, acquisition selection and integration. The business was sold in two principal transactions to Dow Jones & Company in 2004, and Summit Business Media, in 2007.
Prior to forming WBI, Doug was COO and CFO of Cowles Business Media, Inc. (CBM), and subsequently held the position of CFO at Primedia Enthusiast Publications after CBM was sold to Primedia. Over his 10-year tenure with Cowles and Primedia, Doug helped acquire and manage a diverse media portfolio that comprised business-to-business and special interest consumer magazines, newsletters, databases, conferences and other specialized information products and services.
Doug has managed approximately 60 transactions valued at over $750 million during his information publishing career. He is an active member of American Business Media and a frequent speaker at industry events.
Doug graduated from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, and completed The Management Development Program at the University of Connecticut. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading and walking the coastline of Rhode Island.
Michael P. Caruso
Chief Financial Officer
Michael P. Caruso became SourceMedias Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In this role, he oversees the companys accounting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate I.T. functions.
Mike has more than 25 years of media industry experience, both as a consultant and as an executive, including extensive experience in system and process improvement. His background includes two tenures with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services / CRG Partners, working primarily with media and technology companies, many of them in business-to-business markets.
Mike was CFO and General Manager of Ziff Davis Enterprise, where he oversaw such brands as eWeek and Baseline. And he spent 18 years in various senior-level roles at The Boston Globe and affiliated companies.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds an undergraduate degree from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Marianne Collins joined SourceMedia in 2015 as Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for all of the companys media-related revenues. She was previously an Advisory Director at Investcorp, where she worked with several of its portfolio companies and prospective investments in executive roles involving revenue management in B-to-B markets. Her leadership experience includes responsibility for revenue and profit with management focus on sales, operations, and client relationship management. She has led the successful post-acquisition integration of several businesses.
Before Investcorp, Marianne spent 10 years with Merrill Corporation / Wordwave in the roles of Senior Vice President and General Manager, and Chief Operating Officer, of its litigation support, e-discovery and document management business. Earlier Marianne held several senior positions over a 10-year period at Fidelity Investments, including Vice President of Sales for Institutional Services.
Marianne holds an MBA from Boston University.
EVP & Chief Content Officer
David Longobardi is Chief Content Officer of SourceMedia. In that role, he oversees the company's editorial activities for all brands, assuring quality and alignment with its overall mission. David led the consolidation of SourceMedia's editorial operations in 2009, accelerating the groups digital transformation over subsequent years. In 2012, he launched and now oversees the company's research capability.
David was previously Editor in Chief of American Banker, the flagship of SourceMedia and its predecessor Thomson Financial Media. In that position, he oversaw an expansion of American Bankers online presence and introduced numerous brand extensions and events. Prior to joining American Banker, David was publisher and editorial director of Securities Industry News, a paid-circulation weekly and conference business. Before that, he was editorial director at Waters Information Services (now a unit of Incisive Media), where he edited Waters magazine and managed a group of financial technology and market data newsletters.
During Davids tenure, SourceMedia content teams have won numerous honors, including American Business Media Neal Awards and awards from the Society of American Business Editors & Writers and the American Society of Business Press Editors. In 2013, American Bankers website was named a BtoB Magazine Top 10 Website of the Year.
David is a member of ABM's editorial council and has been a speaker and writer on media and financial issues and trends. He holds a bachelors degree from Harvard College and a masters in journalism and mass communications from New York University.
Chief Marketing and Digital Officer
As the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer, Minna Rhee is responsible for digital strategy, products and operations for SourceMedia. Minnas career spans various industries and geographies, having worked in banking and consulting before embarking on a career in digital marketing.
Minna was previously the CEO of Zeta Interactive, a full service digital marketing and email services agency. Prior to that, Minna was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Organic, where she was responsible for the management, growth, and development of the New York and London offices, overseeing its strategy, products, clients, and teams. Prior to Organic, Minna held senior executive positions at Razorfish, where she led the life sciences practice and at Viant, where she managed the Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Dallas businesses as well as overseeing some of the firms largest Accounts.
Minna holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Conferences & Events
John DelMauro has more than 12 years of sales and management experience in the financial B2B media industry. John is currently responsible for the conferences and events business at SourceMedia which produces more than 60 events annually across the financial services industry.
Johns prior role at SourceMedia was as Group Publisher of the Banking and Payments group. In this position he was responsible for managing advertising sales and circulation development for SourceMedias flagship daily newspaper, American Banker, as well as U.S. Banker, Bank Technology News, PaymentsSource, ISO&Agent and Collections & Credit Risk.
Earlier in his career, John held sales positions in the conferences and exposition division of Thomson Media, SourceMedias prior owner, and was the Vice President of Sales at RFID Journal, a technology media company.
John holds a BS in Psychology from St. Johns University.

Human Resources and Office Management
Ying Wong is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Office Management. With more than 16 years of experience as an H.R. professional in financial B-to-B media, Ying has supported SourceMedias recruitment, retention and training initiatives as the company has shifted its focus to digital media and marketing. She is responsible for the strategic direction, policy development and administration of all aspects of human resources, including compensation, benefits, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining SourceMedia, Ying served in numerous leadership positions at Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters), where she managed and participated in initiatives including acquisition integration and corporate restructuring. Ying has also held managerial positions at American International Group and The Deal LLC. She is a member of American Business Medias Talent Management Committee. Ying is a graduate of New York University and Baruch College. She earned her masters in human resources management from New School University and senior professional human resource designation from the HR Certification Institute.
